The 15th WCIF is hosted by National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Culture, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, National Tourism Administration, The Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and other national ministries and commissions, people’s governments of Chongqing Municipality, Sichuan Province, Guizhou Province, Yunnan Province, Tibet Autonomous Region, Shaanxi Province, Gansu Province, Qinghai Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Boao Forum For Asia, and organized by the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government. 

 

The members of the Organizing Committee of the 15th WCIF are composed of the responsible persons in the host (supporting) units. The directors of the organizing committee are composed of the main leaders of the Party and government of Sichuan Province, the state host (supporting) ministries and commissions, the main leaders of the western provinces (autonomous regions, municipaly) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; the executive deputy director is served by the executive deputy governor of the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government; the deputy directors are served by the leaders in charge of the state host (supporting) ministries and commissions, western provinces (autonomous regions, municipality) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; and the executive director is served by the deputy governor in charge of the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government. The organizing committee is responsible for the overall leadership of WCIF, and has an executive committee and a secretariat. The director of the executive committee is served by the deputy governor of the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government; the executive deputy directors of the executive committee are served by the comrade in charge of the Western Department of the National Development and Reform Commission and the deputy secretary-general of the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government; the deputy directors of the executive committee are served by leaders of relevant departments and bureaus of the host (supporting) ministries and commissions and the people’s governments of the host provinces (autonomous regions, municipality), and the deputy secretary-general of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The secretariat of the organizing committee is located in the Sichuan Expo Bureau, the secretary-general is served by the director of the Sichuan Expo Bureau, and the deputy secretary-general is served by the leader in the relevant department (unit) directly under Sichuan Province.
